Domain monitoring looks up registration data after a regular service check, at most once a day. It is not refreshed with every HTTP result.
A registry lookup failure keeps the previous answer and sends no domain alert. Check the observation time, whether domain monitoring is enabled, and whether the workspace owner is on Premium.
