Why did a shift handoff move by an hour?
Fixed shift lengths can cross daylight saving changes.
Shifts have a fixed length, and the first shift start is entered in your local time. When local clocks change, that fixed duration can place the next handoff an hour earlier or later on the local clock.
Review the calendar preview and communicate the actual handoff time. An override can cover a specific period without changing the underlying rotation.
