No. Burn rate is currently reported rather than alerted on. It compares the last 24 hours’ downtime share with the SLA target’s allowance.
A rate of 1× spends the allowance at the rate the target permits. A higher rate signals faster consumption, but it does not add a new alert channel or incident.
