Why are MTTA or MTTR shown as a dash?

A missing average is not a zero-second response.

MTTA needs acknowledged incidents, while MTTR needs resolved incidents in the report’s incident cohort. A dash can mean no applicable completed response exists for the selected period.

The report counts incidents that started in its 7-, 30-, or 90-day window. Both timings begin at the confirmed outage start. Reports require Premium.
