Groups and paused monitors

Organize related services

1. Select New group on the Monitors page and give the group a descriptive name.
2. Assign a group when adding or editing a monitor.
3. Use the group controls to change its name or order.

Pause and resume checks

Pause a monitor from its row when you want checks to stop. Paused time is excluded from availability calculations, and pausing retains any open incident.

Resuming lets checks run again; a confirmed recovery is still needed to resolve an open outage. Paused monitors still count toward your account’s monitor limit.

Find the monitors you need

Combine the name or endpoint search with All, Needs attention, or Paused. Needs attention gathers active outages and observed warnings. Paused services do not surface old warnings as active work.
