Choose channels per monitor

By default, each monitor alerts every active channel in its workspace. To mute selected destinations for a monitor, edit it and open Alert channels in Advanced settings. Uncheck the destinations it should not alert and save.

A workspace can have up to 20 notification channels. An inactive or unconfirmed channel does not receive alerts just because it is selected for a monitor.

Pause a destination

Pause an active channel to stop its alerts while keeping its settings. Pending deliveries to that channel are cancelled. Resume it when you want new alerts to reach it again.

Follow delivery attempts

Delivery history distinguishes queued, retrying, delivered, and stopped notifications. Failed delivery is retried up to 10 times. The final attempt’s outcome helps diagnose a destination problem.

Use Send test to check a channel independently of an outage. A delivery failure does not itself change your monitored service’s availability.
